The staff were very friendly and helpful. This created a tender, romantic atmosphere. our room was kept really clean and tidy. It seemed like a safe haven. the food was hot and tasty. I especially loved the desserts!!!
The lift could only take two people. It felt very cramped. it even broke down while i was there. That was a little scary. there was only one flavor of jam available at breakfast. I wanted variety.

constant dripping noise transfer
The noise was a real problem, actually. i could hear everything from the rooms next to mine. there was also this constant dripping sound outside my window. It was some kind of blocked gutter. seriously, this is easy to fix. sort it out!?

helpful staff convenient location available parking
i really enjoyed my stay. the staff was helpful. the location is really close to beaches. there was always parking available, made things easy for us.
the beds hurt my back, made sleeping uncomfortable, and i missed having a fridge in the room.

the hotel has a lovely indoor heated pool which i used every morning. there is entertainment and bingo every night for amusement. a bus stop is just outside the hotel.

the food was served hot and tasty, and a variety of options are available daily in the restaurant. portions are generous. the staff served with a smile.

My room was spacious and clean, visited daily by housekeeping. It provided a comfortable environment for relaxation and rest, it was a great family suite. the room has warm and cosy.
